At Bridge Academy we have invested significant resources in providing online platforms for students to complete homework, study, and revise outside of the classrooom. Below are details of these online platforms and how students can access them.  

In addition, students may be able to access homework and resources for their subjects through Microsoft Teams, especially at Key Stages 4 & 5. Students can log on to Microsoft Teams by using their school email and password. 

English

For KS3 English homework, students will use a new online platform called 'Bedrock' which aims to enhance reading and vocabulary skills, with the expectation that they complete 30 minutes or 20 credits weekly, although they can do more for rewards based on their effort.

• Instructions: Students should click on Office 365 and use their Bridge email and password to login. They have done in class reading assessments so the work will be appropriate for their reading level.

Maths

Log in to Sparx Maths using your school credentials and complete the personalized homework tasks, ensuring you show all your working out in your homework book. Utilize hints and explanations for any challenging questions, and aim to finish all tasks by the deadline set by your teacher.

Science

In Science we use EDUCAKE, an interactive online platform to reinforce the content and skills pupils learn in lessons. It engages pupils in a variety of homework activities including quizzes, practice test and tailored revision exercises.

Pupils are provided with instant feedback, allowing them to track their progress and focus on areas that requires improvement.

Spanish

• Instructions Students should click on link to website and use their given username from their class teacher. If they are unsure of their username, they are to email their teacher. The year 7 password is Spanish123 and the year 8 and 9 password is Bridge123. Once in, they are to click on 'My tasks'.  

Music

 
For Music homework, students use Teaching Gadget.
